I went to the doc yesterday because I have had a terrible stomach ache on and off for about a week. Sharp gnawing pains coupled with nausea.... Just miserable. The initial diagnosis: I have stomach ulcers. Most likely a result of stress and too much caffeine. I get to go next week for an endoscope and upper GI.... I am super pumped. He gave me a prescription for some liquid that is supposed to ease the pain but its over $300 a bottle... WHO CAN AFFORD THAT!?!??! That's like a months worth of groceries.... SO I said thanks but no thanks. Hopefully they can find a new cheaper medicine or something... This STINKS!
