-22lbs and counting

This is what 20 lbs of fat looks like. I have lost 22 so far. I am counting points like crazy and walking/jogging 4-5 miles per day 5 times a week.... So far I am thrilled with my progress :)

Anyone want to jump on the train with me??


  1. Melissa I am SO proud of you!!!!! You are definitely motivating me :) Once Eric moves into his apartment I definitely plan on taking advantage of his on-site gym! I want to lose quite a few pounds myself!! Send all encouragement my way!! Love you!!
