I had the honor of attending Aggie Muster 2010 in College Station to honor my Grandfather, Norman D. Lowry. I have always wanted to be an Aggie. I decided to become an Aggie because of my Grandpa. He inspired me, told me stories and had all the confidence in the world that I would make a great Aggie. I don't think I ever FULLY understood true meaning of the Spirit of Aggieland until tonight, as I stood on the ground floor or Reed Arena and called "HERE" in response to my Grandfather's name. My mom, dad, sister and Meg couldn't make it this year, so I did my best to capture this for them, so they could experience what I did, the most somberly magnificent display of camaraderie and love I have ever seen.
Today, April 22, 2010 marks the one year anniversary of the death of my wonderful grandfather
He died the day after muster. Amazing how God Works.....
Grandpa, I love you with all my heart. I miss you everyday. You were my inspiration for nearly everything. Not a day goes by that I don't think about you, talk to you and know that your with me all the time. I hope I made you proud tonight when I answered "HERE" and sat in your seat.
I love you.

Wow Missy I am so glad that you got to go to this. I have never been to a muster, but it's really awesome that they do that. I miss my grandpa too!
