Thanksgiving Wears me out....

25 Thoughts that have crossed my mind in the past 24 hours....

Things are looking up and already I’m feeling better and better.

This enables me to finally do what I’ve always wanted to do.

Thank goodness this is over and I am getting on with my life.

How exciting to think what is going to happen next.

Now I can do what I’ve always wanted to do.

I can see already how this is turning into something really great.

This is happening just in time. I can’t believe this.

I’m free, thank God I am free at last.

There’s a purpose and reason for everything, and I’m excited to learn mine.

I am certain about what I want next and can already see it happening.

I am fully engaged to do what I must to get it.

Want to bet I land a better job than what I had?

I am capable of doing what’s required to get whatever job I want.

I feel confident the job I want is right now looking for me.

My thoughts are focused positively on my purpose only.

I can sense that other people I don’t even know are ready and willing to help me.

It’s amazing how this seems to be fitting nicely into my plans.

Things will work out-- They always do.

I am not going to let someone's else's bad decision ruin me.

I plan on doing whatever it takes to make myself more successful than I ever could have been before.

Someday I will look back on this and chuckle.

I already have mutiple interview set-up and people banging down my door to meet with me. This is good.

I know people, who know people, who know people. Period.

My kids love me being home and I love being home with them.

I put my christmas tree up while other poor people where dealing with corporate BS.

Good Morning Balloon!

This morning we awoke to a "whooooooosh" "whooooooosh" sound on our backyard.... When we went to check it out this is what we saw!!!

"Sushi-Ellen"

We met Ellen, Dominique and Jason for Sushi on Saturday night at Sushi-Hana.... When I told Briley where we were going for dinner (Sushi-Hana) to eat Sushi and said ohhh that sounds delicious.... She then asked who we were going with and I said Ellen. For the rest of the night she told everyone we were going to "Sushi-Ellen" for dinner..... It was really cute. She had a lot of fun. She ate her pot stickers with Chop sticks and ate two bowls or Edemame..... It was So great to hang out with Ellen, Dominique and Jason..... Thanks again guys!

I am always amazed with the presentation...

So pretty...

Baby-Look how you've grown....

Here is a recent picture of Kayelyn in the bumbo chair..... Compare it with an older pic.....She has grown so much!!

Alfred Hitchcock Wasn't Too far off....

There used to be tons of Rice Fields in Katy and since the area is such a popular place to live and is developing so quickly the birds have no where to go. So now they inhabit Mason Road and scare the crap out of anyone who has the slightest disgust or bird phobia....

Poor Olive...

Kayelyn has been fighting allergies for weeks now. Every time a booger even makes an appearance I take her to the doc out of sheer paranoia. I am terrified she will end up back in the hospital.... This past thursday the allergies became a bigger beast so I left work, rushed her to the doc and they promptly sent her to the hospital for chest xrays. I was pretty freaked out... The good news is- Her xrays all came back clear. her lungs are clear and healthy.

The bad news is she has been wheezing so the doc has starting her on breathing treatments to help with the allergies and congestion.... She is not too thrilled about this. She has a purple dinosaur mask that straps to her head and even thought its adorable, she hates it.
Here she is pretty calm for the picture. The reason is that mommy was singing baby beluga and dancing in circles..... oh the things we do for our kids....

Kids... Put on your Sunday Best....

We're going to Sears....

Just Kidding.

We went to church. Why is this a big deal you ask? Well, technically it's not for us, but it was for Kayelyn who hadn't gotten to go since being released from the NICU. Kayelyn was part of a HUGE prayer chain in our church and it was a HUGE event for her to get to meet all the people that were pulling for her..... Here are some pictures of my pretty girls on the way to church...

MeMaw

MeMaw was here for the past week and it was so much fun to have her here. She stayed with the girls while we were at work and had some good bonding time with her grandkids. We can't wait her for her and grandpapa to come back in a few months for the holidays!

WE MISS YOU!

Halloween 2008

Halloween was so much fun this year! This year was the first year Briley really "got it". She was Sleeping beauty and Kayelyn- well she was a girl of many faces.... She started out as an adorable candy corn and that didn't go too well. So then we changed into bumble bee costume and that was ok for a few minutes-- long enough to at least go outside.... things wrapped up quickly and then we changed into a comfy halloween jumper from MeMaw.... Here asre some pictures from the night!
