Things HAPPEN. People treat you unfairly and do you wrong. You could spend your time sulking and asking why, but God doesn't put us through trials to have us ask why. He puts us through trials to make us stronger and glorify him in all ways. You must find the good in every situation and rise above it and make yourself better than you were before and in the the meantime, pray for the people that wronged you, because they need it more than you know.
It's been way over a month since I blogged, for a couple of reasons....
#1) Lightening struck about a month ago and changed everything we have known for the past 10 years.
#2) My blog was misbehaving and told me it was out of space, but I found a way around this which is great!
This being said.
LIFE GOES ON.
You forgive. You Pray and you rise above to become 10x better than you were before and we are there. God has an awesome plan for us and he is walking us that direction now and I am just thrilled for our family.
October was a busy month... It was my birthday.... My WONDERFUL husband threw a surprise Birthday party for me...... I was shocked and felt so special :)
Then my mom and Meg went with me to San Antonio for 3 days for the women of Faith Conference. WOW. What an amazing rejuvenating experience.... We had a great time.
October went with Halloween.... The girls had a blast...
November flew by.....
We got new bedding....
and I took a photo of my uber handsome hubby.
And we put up the tree......
December came.....
Briley was an angel in the annual Christmas play and it brought me to tears as usual..... She is such an amazing kid. I adore her....
I took Christmas photos of my sweet girls....
We celebrated our 8 year anniversary.....
And while hubby was traveling I completely redid my office and made it into OUR office..... He was so excited and just loves it!
So in a nutshell that's what is going on..... I am excited for this week....
My family is all flying in and I can't wait to see them.
I am so thankful for all God has provided our family. When he closes one door he opens a bigger, better door. I am blessed beyond measure.
